60 day Return

At Spex Appeal® we are committed to ensuring you are happy when you trust us with your prescription eyewear.  Our qualified optical dispenser carefully fits and checks the prescription and lenses prior to releasing them for dispatch.  In the event that there is a defect or fault or the product quality is inconsistent with the advertised item, we have a guarantee whereby you may return the eyewear within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Please contact us (Refer to “Contact Us” page) for an authorisation return form which will be sent to you along with a pre-paid postage bag.  Return the eyewear with all components, accompanied by the completed returns form.  This will assist us to service you better.  If there is a problem with your lenses please include a copy of your prescription.

How to Return

  • You may return your Spex Appeal® eyewear within 60 days of purchase for refund of full purchase price including postage, if there is a defect or fault or product quality is inconsistent with the advertised item.
  • The package must include all the original components in the return including any free extras.
  • You must include a completed Returns Form stating the reason for the return
  • Allow 10 days from receipt of item(s) for your refund to be processed.

1 Year Manufacturers Warranty: We also provide you with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on frames and lenses which we undertake to repair or replace or wholly or partly recompense if there is found to be a manufacturing defect (see terms and conditions).

  1. Click Try Spex and chosen frame will appear on model.
  2. Align Spex with computer mouse(or finger if using tablet).
  3. Resize Spex by dragging tab in or out (located bottom right of Spex).
  4. Click Upload and choose image where you are looking straight ahead at camera.
  5. To resize the image, locate and drag the red arrow on the bottom right corner of the image. Try Spex!
Note:

We recommend you crop and straighten photo before uploading for best result. There are many Photo Editor Apps available for this task.

Also, ensure the frame you've chosen is the correct frame width and PD for you before ordering (see sizing and what is my PD ?)
